When you create an account, we collect: name, email address, organization name, role/title, and authentication credentials handled securely via our authentication provider.
B. Organizational Profile Information
To power matching and AI drafting features, users may provide organization mission and history, program descriptions, geographic focus, budget ranges, funding history, impact metrics, and uploaded documents (for example proposals, financials, and resumes). This information is used solely to deliver the Platform's services.
C. Usage & Technical Information
We automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, page views and feature usage, session duration, and interaction with AI drafting tools. This data helps improve performance, monitor stability, and prevent abuse.
D. Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers. We retain billing status and transaction references only. Payment providers manage financial data under their own policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide funding opportunity listings, generate AI-assisted drafts, deliver match scoring and filtering, store user documents securely, maintain workspaces and collaboration features, send transactional notifications, improve platform functionality, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We retain account data while your account is active, drafts and documents until deleted by the user, and usage data as needed for analytics and system integrity.
Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.

We may use third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, and analytics.
These providers are contractually required to protect data.
