We do not provide loans, financial advice, brokerage, intermediary services, or application submission services. All applications must be submitted directly by users to official funding sources.
We provide structured funding listings, deadline and eligibility summaries, match-ranking and filtering tools, AI-assisted drafting based on user-provided information, document organization, and workspace collaboration features (depending on your subscription tier).
We do not guarantee funding, acceptance, or ongoing accuracy of third-party listings, and we do not modify or interact with funder portals. Funding decisions are made solely by funders, and use of the Platform does not increase, guarantee, or imply likelihood of award.
You are responsible for verifying eligibility, reviewing official funding documentation, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and meeting deadlines. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for account credential security, all activity under your account, profile accuracy, and reviewing AI-generated outputs before submission. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace legal, compliance, or professional review.
Platform design, software, structure, and company-created content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your organizational information, uploaded documents, and drafts. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.
You agree not to reverse engineer the Platform, scrape content at scale, use the Platform unlawfully, submit fraudulent applications, or misrepresent your organization. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
Certain features require paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance, non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and subject to change with notice. Users may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the billing period. If offered, trials are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The Platform may include third-party links and public-source funding references. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content. You must verify funding details directly through official sources.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data to deliver services, improve functionality, and maintain system integrity, and we do not sell user data.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grants & Equity is not liable for loss of funding, missed deadlines, rejected applications, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grants & Equity for claims arising from your use of the Platform, submitted applications, misrepresentation, or violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse of AI systems, or non-payment. Upon termination, Platform access will cease.
